harley is a ROCKSTAR behind the bar and we can’t express to you how psyched we are to have her on our roster. with ten years deep in the game she’s excited to teach you more than a few tricks of the trade. a Speed-Rack finalist, a graduate of Camp Runamok and Julian Cox’s grueling 6-week bar program, Behind The Barrel, and Dave Wondrich’s Bar Smarts’ Advanced Bar Course, head bartender harley “HarGnar” is known for her skills as an educator and any bar on earth would be lucky to have her on their roster. along with virtual & in-person cocktail classes, Harley is our resident Japanese Whisky expert and offers specialized classes and tastings.
harley’s experience includes the better part of the last decade at iconic Chicago spots DMK Ramen-San, Sushi-San, & Spritz Burger, Porter’s Oyster Bar & Nightclub & Dick’s Last Resort. we are overjoyed to offer harley’s services as an instructor and as a bartender for your private events. harley is BASSET & ServSafe certified.

benjamin carothers
meet benjamin! man. we feel like we should copyright that smile. a graduate of Dave Wondrich’s Bar Smarts’ Advanced Bar Course, benjamin is known among his peers for his passion for service. with experience behind the bar of a theater, beer bar, fancy restaurant, concert venue, private home, beach, (you name it), benjamin is our go-to guy when it comes to pulling off a great time in any situation. aside from killing it behind the bar, benjamin is also well known for his work with non-profit organizations and has produced and organized more than a few extremely successful and creative bar pop-ups across the city of Chicago, raising thousands of dollars for great causes. he’s traveled far and wide chasing flavors and we’re honored to have him on our roster.
aside from specialized service training, benjamin is also our resident Amaro expert and offers tastings and training classes.
benjamin’s bar experience includes years at the legendary high-volume RPM Italian in downtown Chicago, DMK, and years of producing private events. benjamin is BASSET & ServSafe certified.
